• We will answer all proper enquiries to the best of our ability and satisfy all reasonable complaints.
• We will suggest various ideas and make sure you know the range of what may be possible, and understand and appreciate that the final decision is yours.

• We expect you to be up front and honest. This way we know what you want, what time period you have in mind, what budget you have and what we can do within those parameters.
• We expect you to spend time with you going through "The Process". The more we refine this, the better the final product and the greater your return on investment.
