• We will suggest various ideas and make sure you know the range of what may be possible, and understand and appreciate that the final decision is yours.

• We expect you to be up front and honest. This way we know what you want, what time period you have in mind, what budget you have, and what we can do within these parameters.
• We expect you to spend time with us going through "The Process". The more we refine this, the better the final product and the greater your return on investment.
